Leadership
FireTech is led by Jamie Howes, our Senior Project Manager. With over 30 years of experience in fire protection, Jamie possesses a deep understanding of the industry, including budgeting and scheduling complexities. His expertise ensures successful project execution, as evidenced by his impressive portfolio encompassing projects such as the Boeing Building 67 and B-2 Stealth Bomber Maintenance Docks.
Sales Project Management
Our dedicated sales team ensures we can meet any fire protection needs, from large-scale contracting projects to ongoing service requirements. Our Contract Sales representatives handle complex projects throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan Area and beyond, while our Service Sales reps focus on inspections, repairs, and smaller modifications, ensuring no opportunity goes unnoticed. This combined expertise ensures we have the right solution for every fire protection challenge.
Fabrication & Delivery
FireTech maintains a full-service fabrication shop, providing our service and contracting teams with all the materials they need to get the job done efficiently. Our in-house team of fabricators, truck drivers, and tool repair specialists, along with a dedicated purchasing agent, keeps operations running smoothly. We can purchase large quantities of pipe and fabricate welded outlets with Union Weld Labels on site, allowing us to meet even the most demanding project schedules.
Design & Engineering
Our design team combines seasoned veterans with NICET certifications and promising designers undergoing training. A registered Professional Engineer is on staff, licensed in both Missouri and Illinois, to ensure we meet all local and regional requirements. We can also leverage our network of outside design partners when needed to handle any project volume.
Service Department
FireTech's service department is constantly expanding to meet the growing needs of our customer base. We utilize ServiceTrade, a software system that provides electronic inspection forms and service tickets, allowing for immediate report generation for our customers. Our fleet of service vehicles and 24/7 call center ensure prompt fire protection response any day of the year.
Accounting
Led by Amy Sayers, our accounting department boasts over 40 years of collective construction industry experience. They prioritize accurate billing and exceptional customer service, utilizing top-of-the-line software to provide clients with easy access to their financial information. We take pride in recruiting friendly and hardworking individuals who are dedicated to their work.
